The First Phase
We created a materials list before beginning the job. We also took precise measurements of the basement to avoid future problems. We needed to prevent any potential issues and provide the most satisfactory service possible to the client. We finally received clearance from the client after a verbal brawl. We went to the local hardware store and bought everything we needed. Before beginning basement finishing, we extensively inspected the basement.
Flooring
Our experienced team thoroughly analyzed the flooring and determined that we must replace it. Our team was eager to get started after consulting with the clients. With all tools onboard, our team carefully leveled the floors and installed the tiles. Our trained employees polished every inch of the tiles as the grout dried, and we made sure that they met the client's requirements. The tiles were then left to dry until they could do more work. We handled things professionally, even though it was difficult.
Installation Of Beam
The main goal was to keep it open and elegant. It was now time to plead with the joists for assistance. The beams were somewhat longer than the basement specifications, and we had to shorten them significantly. We used a metal chop saw to remove any extraneous pieces. They were ready to be installed after double-checking that they matched our measurements. We used tiny screws to connect the beams. It was now time to install the insulation. After successfully installing the insulation, we began to install the drywall.

Painting
The first chore after completely gutting the basement was to paint the walls. We settled on softer tones to compliment the oak flooring, and golden brown was our best choice. We were ready to start after some client consultation. Our experts painted the first quote and let it dry. It was now time for the ceiling. We removed all of the old fixtures and crown moldings before installing the new ones, ensuring they correctly fit them. The crew then painted the top, allowing enough time for the color to dry.
Installation Of Toilet And Bathtub
The next task was the installation of a bathtub and toilet. We showed the client many white tubs and toilets samples, and when he chose them, we moved forward. ASASA Construction also offers plumbing services. Our plumbers successfully built the tub and toilet without leaks or drainage issues. For waterproofing, our workers tightly sealed the tub and toilet. According to the client's specifications, we fitted a shower, faucet, and a silver wall hanger next to the bathtub.
Ending Phase
The outcome is a complete basement renovation. We created a room like a lounge so the client's family can easily sit and relax. And also, set a space for a gym for a workout. Our experts carefully added light to perk up the basement, including recessed lights and a crystal fixture.
