ASASA presents you with another project. This time, it was a Master Ensuite Bathroom Renovation in Oakville. The clients were excited to have us over. Our clients were a family from Oakville. The husband and his wife had been living with their kids in Oakville for a long time, and it had been ages since they got their house renovated. Let us give you a little flashback so; what happened was that this family contacted a renovation company and was very excited to have their bathroom remodeled, but things didn’t go as planned. A dark cloud formed over their heads when they discovered that the contractor and the hired team had disappeared after taking the money. They initially showed up and demolished a little area, but they never showed up the second day.
The family was devastated as they left the house in a mess that affected their kids, so they wanted a new team. They contacted us and asked for help, so we immediately came to their rescue.
We completed the en suite bathroom renovation in 5 days. Our team put their best skills into the project, ensuring that the clients would be satisfied once we were done. We aimed to leave the clients amazed, and they were already disappointed because of their previous experience. After brainstorming and discussing with the clients, we concluded that we would add a master Ensuite Bathroom in the basement. We also discussed the color scheme, and the couple was fond of white, so they wanted us to use white as the base color. After everything was finalized, we presented them with our proposal, which they loved. We finally got the good to go we were waiting for.
We are here to show you some of our best bathroom renovation projects. You can see our best bathroom renovation projects before and after pictures below.
A
bathroom renovation isn't complete without new floor tiles. We utilized a
mason's chalk line to establish the reference lines perpendicular (at a
90-degree angle) to the wall with the longest continuous line before beginning
custom pattern tile installation. It enabled us to keep the tiles in a straight
line, avoiding the feared crooked tiling job and offering the finest experience
for our client. To adhere the tiles to the floor, we utilized grout. We
painstakingly laid all of the tiles, taking care not to break any of them. We let
the tiles dry after laying them.
The
installation of a bathtub and toilet is the next thing. We gave the client a
variety of white tubs and toilets, and when he decided on them, we moved
forward. Because ASASA Construction also provides plumbing services, our
plumbers built the tub and toilet without leaks or drainage concerns. The old
toilet was removed and replaced with a newer model. It saved a lot of space,
and low-flow models help conserve water with each flush. It is a wise decision
that raises the value of your bathroom.
The
bathroom started to look like a bathroom, except for one thing: the toilet. Our
workers waterproofed the tub and toilet by firmly sealing them. We installed a
shower, faucet, and a silver wall next to the bathtub per the client's
instructions. We double-checked everything to ensure that did all plumbing work
correctly. We chose a suitable model for many bathroom types, particularly
modern and contemporary ones. During the installation, our workers worked
efficiently.
The
last finishing touch was to install the trim around the room and the mirrors.
The decoration is the capstone for each bathroom remodel as it provides the
detail the bathroom needs to feel complete. We installed the electrical outlets
and pot lights to make it more attractive and breath catching. After completing
the Complete Master Ensuite Bathroom Renovation, we gave the client a surprise
visit to their newly transformed bathroom. The clients were pretty excited to
see their freshly transformed bathroom.
Now
time to start renovating the cabinet. But before beginning the project, we made
a list of the supplies required. The team was excited to work on this project,
and it was time to show the best of our skills and give them something
unforgettable. Our carpenter displayed the best of his abilities and started
removing the cabinets, ensuring that he did not damage the drywall. It was a
little time-consuming because we wanted to make sure that we made no mistakes.
After that, it was time to remove the old pot lights. We slowly pulled off the old pot lights. We checked the old wiring and its damage in different places. Keeping the clients' safety in our minds, we decided to change the wires. Faulty wiring can cause some severe damage in the last run. We prepared the walls first before applying paint and added wall trims, and an evenly coated paint job provided that added to the look of the space. Our electrician installed the lights effectively and operated them for confirmation. The client gave us a positive review, which helped boost our morals to the next level.
