    Job Description:

    ASASA Constructions is currently seeking a qualified Construction & Renovation Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, growing team. We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will work with our new construction customers to design, price, and close sales for commercial and residential projects. If you have a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, we are interested in you.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Proactively catering to the warm leads from start to finish
    • Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to customers where appropriate
    • Prepare quotes for customers based on measurements and details provide
    •   Help customers choose finishes for their renovation projects
    • Update internal system on a consistent basis, creating work orders and updating customer information as needed
    •  Prompt response to incoming Homeowner sales leads
    • Actively “seek out” new quote opportunities within your territory
    • Travel to sites to discuss customer needs and create solutions
    • Follow up with customers to maximize quote conversions; and finalize “signed” contracts with clients
    • Prepare and send in orders complete with contract, work plan details, photos and drawings
    •  Meet project manager at specific project sites as deemed necessary to review scope of work
    • Prepare Change Work Orders and update work plan details when changes to projects occur
    • Track all opportunities, quotes and sales activity in our CRM system
    •  Achieve weekly - Monthly & Quarterly targets

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A personable and professional demeanor
    • Have an eye for commercial and residential design and style
    • Ability to perform basic calculations, measurements, and mathematical figures
    • Minimum 2-3 years outside sales experience in the commercial and residential construction field
    • Excellent communication skills
    •  Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule
    • Organized with excellent time management strategies
    • Solid computer skills, including delivering sales presentations virtually
    • Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    •  Experience using a CRM system,
    • Must achieve the Monthly Sales Targets
